How to check authenticity of aspire products ?

There is a silver coated sticker on the product package which states “scratch and check”,just scratch off the silver coating and you will see a security code. Check the security code on the Aspire website: https://www.aspirecig.com to verify the authenticity of your product(s). If you are the first to check the security code on the Aspire website, your product should be original, if your security code has been checked previously or does not exist, you may have purchased a fake product, please contact your dealer for a refund/replacement.


 

The NX75 mod shows “B” on the screen, and the wattage or voltage cannot be adjusted, why?

Letter “B” means bypass, which means that the mod is under bypass mode, the voltage and wattage cannot adjusted, the mod will automatically adjust the output wattage or voltage according to different resistances of the coil attached.

If you want to change the wattage, you need go to the wattage mode, press W button to switch mode between VW, VV and Bypass modes.


 

How to change the language setting on the NX75 mod?

After putting the 18650 battery into the battery holder, pressing the fire button while attaching the battery holder to the main body, the screen will display the language choice: EN or CN, choose EN, then click fire button to confirm.


 

The NX30 mod shows “B” on the screen, and the wattage or voltage cannot be adjusted, why?

If you want to change wattage, you need go to wattage mod, press the Fire Button and “+”button at the same time, then the screen will display the modes selection, please press the “+” or “-” button to select the mode you want, then click fire button to confirm.


 

The NX30 mod shows a locked lock on the screen, and the wattage or voltage cannot be adjusted, why?

Please check if you have locked the control buttons. There is a lock symbol in the corner of the screen. Press the fire button and “-” button at the same time for about 2 seconds to unlock it.


 

How to change the language setting on the NX30 mod?

First click “+” button, then click”-“button, repeat this action 10 times, (please click the buttons quickly),

So its “+” then”-” “+”then”-“,”+”then”-“,”+”then”-“,”+”then”-“,”+”then”-“… then the language interface would come out. Choose EN, and click fire button to confirm your option.


 

What kind of charger should I use with Dynamo?

We suggest using a wall adapter with an output of 5V/2A.
