Return Policy ( Online Store )

ASPIRE (ASPIRE (Shenzhen Eigate Technology Co. Ltd)) will happily accept returns within 14 days from customers who purchased directly from us. Items eligible for a refund must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been opened, tampered with and not in the original packaging are not eligible for refund. After the return is received and inspected, kindly allow 3-5 business days for funds to be refunded to the card used for purchase. ASPIRE (Shenzhen Eigate Technology Co. Ltd) does not refund costs associated with return shipping.

Packaging and Shipping

Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Aspire assumes NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or misplaced; nor does Aspire assume any responsibility for damage to the returned shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer.

Inspection

All refunds are subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by ASPIRE as to whether the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.

Denial of Return

Should ASPIRE not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) via email. Product in question will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request that ISPIRE dispose of the product.

Return Policy for Non-Warranty Claims

  1. All returns require pre-approval from Aspire via photo submission.
  2. All returns are subject to the Aspire return policy. On-sale, custom, non-stock, or special order items are not eligible for return.
  3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
  5. Items should be packaged in a safe and secure manner.

All returns are subject to inspection by Aspire at the time of receipt. Any items determined to have been damaged in transit to Aspire will be returned to the sender at their expense and will remain their property.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Aspire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Aspire at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of the Aspire including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

Refund or cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

  1. In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
  2. In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled online. Total order amount after deduction of shipment and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once Aspire receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
  3. However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
  4. In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
  5. In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
  6. Aspire offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyers card/account
  7. In case of partial cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the partial cancellation
