Aspire provides 3 month limited warranty for the products which is valid from the date of purchase with original receipt. It protects the customers against manufacturer’s defects in materials and design. If the product fails because of a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it.
This warranty is invalid as result of any of following conditions:
1.Customer doesn’t provide warranty card and original receipt and package of purchase.
2.Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to unauthorized repair.
3.Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to misuse or improper care from consumers.
4.Merchandise inspected to be a counterfeit.
This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and attachments, including but not limited to:
mouthpiece, coil, o-ring, glass tube, BDC/BVC cartomizers/clearomizer series listed on aspire website like CE5,CE5-S,ET,ET-S K1/k2 tank…
Our warranty claims policy requires the box’s security code to be on top of the proof of purchase for full warranty claims and authenticity purposes. If the customer no longer keeps the package, we cannot proceed with warranty claims.
Shipping costs to and from the After Sales Service Center are not covered by this warranty. The customer is responsible for this cost. It is recommended to use a shipping method which provides a tracking number to guarantee its delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages or additional fees which may apply not covered under this warranty.
